Body type and load basis
Compare cargo dimensions or passenger layout, frame, wheelbase, overall dimensions, turning needs, load position, rated payload, and which body, battery, driver or passengers are included in the stated basis. A cargo-volume figure does not establish permissible payload.

Electrical architecture and range basis
Align motor output, controller, system voltage, nominal and usable battery capacity, chemistry, connector, AC charge power, charge-time assumptions, and range method. Record effects of representative payload, grade, temperature, stops, and auxiliary loads.

Braking, running gear, and service scope
Align wheel and tire specification, service and parking brakes, axle or suspension arrangement, ground clearance, service access, included tools, manuals, spare parts, warranty party, and exclusions. Similar appearance is not evidence of equal duty capacity.

Budget preference
Identify which noncritical choices can change without removing the buyer's load, route, charging, evidence, or delivery requirement. Treat exclusions openly rather than as savings.
